Are you a seasoned integration expert seeking a challenging role in healthcare technology?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Interface Integration Developer, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting complex healthcare interfaces. Your expertise in HL7 standards, interface engines, and communication protocols will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data exchange between clinical and enterprise systems.

  • Design, develop, and implement interfaces using Corepoint, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and Rhapsody, focusing on creating and modifying interfaces to support new clinical workflows and business requirements.
  • Perform rigorous testing of interfaces to guarantee data integrity, message routing accuracy, and system reliability through unit testing, end-to-end testing, and collaboration with clinical and IT teams.
  • Monitor interface performance and provide timely support for production issues, troubleshooting and resolving errors, message failures, and connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all interfaces, including design specifications, data maps, and operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and the ability to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.

With 3–5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development, you possess a strong knowledge of HL7 standards, v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD. You have hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth, and good understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR data exchange, and interoperability concepts. Additionally, exposure to troubleshooting and debugging tools within interface engines strengthens your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
