Job Title: Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled site engineer to lead commercial interior projects.

This role involves managing various aspects of construction projects, supervising crew members, creating estimates for time and material costs, ensuring quality assurance, adhering to health and safety standards, and compiling reports for stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize materials and maintain safe and clean sites.
  • Prepare cost estimates and ensure access to necessary materials and tools.
  • Provide technical advice and suggestions for project improvement.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for optimal contracts.
  • Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Create work schedules and communicate adjustments to crew members and clients.
  • Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions where necessary.
  • Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in interiors, particularly commercial.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
  • Solid knowledge of engineering, construction, and design.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
