About the Job

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Director with expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework to lead our software development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of developers working on .NET technologies, providing guidance and support to drive project success.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Evaluate adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Explore emerging technologies and recommend improvements in architecture and processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.
  • Allocate resources, manage project timelines, and ensure high performance and productivity within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
