Job Overview:

  • Our organization seeks a skilled professional to analyze retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory, customer behavior, and pricing performance.
  • The ideal candidate will collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources, including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
  • Responsibilities include building dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and Tableau, tracking KPIs across retail and e-commerce, and conducting micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
  • Presentation of insights and strategic recommendations to senior management is essential for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
