Job Opportunity: Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves creating and managing influencer databases, building relationships with social media personalities, and executing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage comprehensive influencer databases across various categories from India, leveraging platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Develop strategic relationships with existing and new influencers, negotiating partnerships and ensuring timely delivery of commercial projects.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage expectations between influencers and the internal team, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop a database of top influencers across categories in India, identifying trends and analytics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that meet business objectives, utilizing digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation-making abilities.
  • Digital-first mindset, with a passion for internet and digital technologies.
  • 6-12 months of experience in an agency setting, preferably in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to decode trends and analytics from data, with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers and driving business results.
