**IT Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will bring over 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing office setups, supporting end-users, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring data security compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure for optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead and execute complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches) for secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in related field.
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred).
