Senior Meta Ads Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth.

About the Role:

As a Senior Meta Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI. You will independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive Meta ad strategies that maximize returns.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with international clients, providing exceptional service and delivering consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee the development of high-performing ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance and improve results.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients, with a preference for Australian market experience.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
