Senior Quality Assurance Manager

QA Leadership Role
The Quality Assurance (QA) leader will oversee the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes. This individual will be responsible for managing and refining our software QA practices, defining and reporting on key quality metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all system data and applications features are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a quality strategy aligned with business and engineering goals.
- Establish quality standards, KPIs, and metrics to measure and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain robust QA processes including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to integrate QA seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree).
- 10+ years of QA experience.
- Strong experience with application, data, and API testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience testing business solutions delivered on SaaS models.
