Key Role: Strategic Transaction Expertise

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestment initiatives with a strong focus on transaction execution, regulatory compliance, valuations, and financial structuring.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive M&A strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including target screening, financial modelling, valuation, and negotiations.

Key Qualifications:

  • CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution.
  • 15-20 years of experience in M&A Execution & Documentation wise, corporate finance, investment banking, or merchant banking.
  • Proven track record of leading and closing transactions in manufacturing / industrial / diversified sectors preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, including SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and Companies Act requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High analytical ability, strategic thinking, and execution orientation.
