Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing and brand-building initiatives.

The role demands a results-driven leader who can blend traditional school marketing with modern digital strategies, drive admissions growth, strengthen brand visibility, and engage parents, students, and the wider community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for our schools across multiple campuses.
  • Drive student admissions growth through innovative campaigns, parent engagement initiatives, and community outreach.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all campuses, ensuring alignment with our group's vision and values.
  • Build thought-leadership campaigns highlighting academic excellence, extracurricular achievements, and student success stories.
  • Lead digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, influencer tie-ups) focused on generating high-quality leads for admissions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in education, premium services, or consumer sectors.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical mindset.
