Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in Packaging, specifically with Flexera AdminStudio, Windows Application Virtualization Offerings (e.g., Microsoft App-v, Citrix XenApp, Microsoft Intune), etc.
  • Experience in application compatibility testing and remediation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VB script, batch script, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with Application Package distribution tools (e.g., SCCM 2007, 2012, Altiris).
