Our organization is looking for a Senior Technical Professional to join its Development Platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines that enhance developer productivity.

This role involves leading the design and implementation of highly scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines using Harness and Jenkins. The professional will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers on best practices for CI/CD, pipeline as code, and infrastructure management.

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development or DevOps engineering with a focus on CI/CD.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Harness and Jenkins, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, and extensive knowledge of AWS services.
  • Strong scripting skills and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
