About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality solutions.

  6. Mentorship: Mentor the team members and prepare them for possible future roles.

The ideal candidate will have around 7 to 15 years of total experience working on delivery/development/team management, with a strong understanding of EVM, Android-related technologies, and frontend technologies like EMV knowledge and Android POS development experience.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in working with EVM, Android-related technology
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in working with frontend technologies like EMV knowledge and Android POS development experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in working with mobile technologies like Android
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL
Desirable Attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot strategies as needed
