Highly Experienced Payroll Manager Wanted

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems for an organization. This involves a strong understanding of payroll configuration, compliance, and taxation rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain complex payroll elements such as pay schedules, benefits, and time-off policies.
- Setup and ensure compliance with new legal entities and balance adjustments.
- Integrate payroll tools and manage reporting & analytics.
- Lead teams through complex payroll scenarios and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10-16 years of experience in payroll management with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and OTBI reporting is essential.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required to effectively manage teams and resolve complex payroll issues.
