Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
  • Presentation of travel packages, offers, and customized itineraries in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure conversions.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate confidently and clearly with domestic and international clients.
  • Prior experience in travel sales/customer service/hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is a plus.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
