Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Service Management professional to manage, maintain, and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and troubleshooting various ServiceNow modules, ensuring the platform's optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer. They will also perform regular administration tasks including user and group management, security controls, system upgrades, and patch installations.

Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. They will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, custom applications, and integration points.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). They will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to recommend strategic improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow (client-side and server-side).
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB), and ideally others like ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and other data exchange methods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within the platform.
