Help Desk Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled help desk support specialist to deliver exceptional on-site support services. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless IT operations and providing top-notch technical assistance to employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site support services to internal stakeholders, operating within established standards and methodologies.
  • Provide on-site support to multiple locations, with potential for travel to additional sites as needed.
  • Offer remote support to regional offices, as required.
  • Maintain IT deskside operations and ensure the delivery of standard technology services, including meeting room AV.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT help desk or desk side support role.
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac, along with a working knowledge of AV technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with users.
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
