Job Description :-
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with 2–6 years of experience, preferably in the solar power sector. The role involves on-site execution, technical coordination, and ensuring project quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with installation and project teams to ensure timely and smooth project execution.
- Participate in client meetings to explain technical details and resolve basic technical queries.
- Assist in preparing technical inputs for proposals and documentation based on site assessments.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance at all project sites.
Candidate Requirements :-
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil preferred).
- 2–6 years of relevant site engineering experience, ideally in solar projects or power sector.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and solar installation processes is a plus.
