Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system design and be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality design output across multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Lead and support concept, schematic, and detailed design development of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for various project types.
  • Perform engineering calculations for HVAC loads, PHE, and Firefighting systems; select suitable systems and equipment.
  • Develop design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and reports using industry-leading software.
  • Ensure peer review and QA/QC compliance of design deliverables as per company procedures.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integration of design outputs.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior engineers/designers for accuracy and efficiency of work.
  • Support space planning, design reviews, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Oversee design production for specialized HVAC solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with international, national, and regional codes, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of total experience (minimum 2 years on Gulf design projects).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platforms.
  • Good understanding of engineering codes, standards, and authorities' regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
