Key Responsibilities:

  • We design HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects adhering to ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Responsible for project HVAC design, including heating and cooling needs, system design, and product proposals.
  • Carry out techno-commercial evaluation of options and provide recommendations for energy-saving designs and products.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure cohesive design solutions.
  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings to inform HVAC design.
  • Provide detailed input to junior engineers for quality drawing preparation in Revit and CAD.
  • Monitor progress and quality of drawings until the GFC stage.
  • Prepare discrepancy reports and concept designs based on final architectural drawings.
  • Develop documents for sanction purposes and attend design review meetings.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experience or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience. Proficiency in Revit is also required.
