Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IVR Automation Specialist to join our team. As an IVR Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing complex functional and regression test scenarios to ensure defect-free software.

Your primary goal will be to design and implement automated testing solutions using tools like Hammer On Demand and/or Hammer Call Master and Selenium WebDriver or Playwright. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop effective test strategies.

In this role, you will be accountable for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility. You will handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and deadlines.

You will conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring that all critical inter-system integration points are thoroughly tested. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify defects early in the development cycle, reducing overall project costs and improving quality.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects, and reporting status to various levels within the organization.
  • Experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural Language Processing (NLP), conversational AI, and cognitive solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with automated test tools, including Hammer On Demand and/or Hammer Call Master and Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.
