Job Title: RPA Automation Specialist

The RPA Automation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing and maintaining automated BOTs using UiPath and/or other automation tools to drive business process improvements.

This role involves leveraging RPA methodologies across various enterprise automation initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust BOTs using UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
  • Understanding business processes from a workflow diagram perspective and conceptualizing them as automated solutions.
  • Providing Level 2 and 3 support as needed to ensure seamless operation of automated systems.
  • Supporting investigation and remediation of production level issues to minimize downtime and ensure high system availability.
  • Ensuring quality by supporting coding and architectural standards and thorough unit testing to guarantee the integrity of automated processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the RPA Tech Lead, RPA Program Lead, and other stakeholders to understand current processes and how to reengineer and automate them effectively.

Requirements include:

  • At least 2 years' experience with UiPath studio/Orchestrator and a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Certification from UiPath is a plus, but not necessary, as hands-on experience takes precedence.
  • Experience in Power Automate is required to leverage its full potential and integrate it with UiPath seamlessly.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is essential to design and implement efficient database-driven automations.
  • Experience with Document Understanding / OCR is highly desirable, as it enables the creation of advanced automated solutions that can extract valuable insights from unstructured data.
