High-Performance Building Services Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Building Services Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to Principal Engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of building services projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues in Spain on a daily basis.
- Collaboration: Develop positive professional relationships with the WSP India Team, fostering open communication about project progress.
- Task Management: Manage delegated tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and flagging resourcing concerns to the team leader.
- Challenge Identification: Identify and escalate challenges to seniors in a timely manner.
- Timesheet Accuracy: Complete timesheets accurately ahead of weekly deadlines.
- Technical Reviews: Undertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks, and contribute to design development.
- Experience in electrical design for building services, including LV systems design, fire alarm design, and containment design.
- Hands-on experience with software such as AutoCAD, MEP Revit, Navisworks, BIM platforms, and other drafting tools.
- Familiarity with technical software like Amtec, Dialux, ETAP.
- Proven experience in building services design with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record.
- Working knowledge of local codes, including DEWA, NBC, NFPA, Kahramaa, and Saudi Codes.
