Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing, with experience working with JavaScript and Cypress for UI testing. They will be responsible for conducting thorough software testing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, and ensuring the smooth implementation of CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in both manual and automated testing.
  • Good experience with JavaScript (currently working in your role).
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress for UI testing (currently working with).
  • Solid experience in database testing (SQL queries, validation, performance testing, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in REST API testing (tools like Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate technical concepts and issues to team members and collaborators.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
