Job Description

We're seeking a Creative Visualizer to conceptualize and deliver high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Develop visually compelling designs that align with our brand's identity and appeal to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Work on product packaging design ensuring it maintains a consistent look and feel aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
