Job Title:

Technical Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and application problem resolution assistance related to Aspect products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and application problem resolution assistance related to Aspect products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex computer systems and software issues.
  • Document and verify reported problems.
  • Engage additional resources when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn complex software tools quickly.
  • Understanding of PCs, Networks, OS platforms, Cloud environments, databases, telephony, software applications, and ACDs.
  • Flexibility to work early AM or late US hours, including weekends.
