Software Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional solutions and support to our customers.

Job Description:

The Software Deployment Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and deployment of our software products to customers. This involves understanding each client's business requirements and configuring their account accordingly. You will also lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships.
  • Understand each client's business requirements and configure their account accordingly.
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup.
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff and share best practices.
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers.
  • Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language.
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
