Construction Equipment Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer / Officer to join our team at Aryan HR Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, generating sales leads, and promoting our construction equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new customers and generating sales leads through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers, including product demonstrations and site visits.
- Generating sales reports and providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.
- Fluent English language skills.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be based in Noida and will be required to travel to construction sites and customer locations as needed.
Salary:
As per industry standards, with a minimum salary of 3.60 lakh per year.
