Job Description

This role involves providing data archival and management services to support business operations.

  • Manage server administration, including authorization and folder creation on Windows file servers.
  • Handle annual access audits for file servers and monitor their performance.
  • Troubleshoot authorization and Windows file server issues.

Divestment Services:

  • Extract and transfer archived data to buyers, creating quality documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Transfer archived documents to buyers and document changes and configurations.

Software Management:

  • Install Enterprise Scan application and patches.
  • Troubleshoot Enterprise Scan issues.
  • Install WinViewer application and patches.
  • Troubleshoot WinViewer issues.

SAP Data Archiving:

  • Activate and deactivate archive infostructures (AIS).
  • Run catchup archiving for new archive objects.
  • Run sweeper for existing archive objects.

Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Attend Agile ceremonies to provide status updates, impediments, and knowledge sharing.
  • Update work items in the ADO board and team OneNote.

Incident Management:

  • Assess and handle incidents and tickets during Bangkok working hours using ServiceNow and email.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve issues timely.
  • Create quality documentation about incident resolution and maintenance.

Retention Management:

  • Assist project teams in testing archive functionalities.

Warehouse Management:

  • Assist project teams in testing archive functionalities.

Replication Server Migration/Upgrade:

  • Perform data migration and technical and functional testing.
Requirements/Deliverables

The receiving team follows Agile practices, managing work through 3-month planning iterations and 2-week sprints.

  • Deliver incident and problem management solutions within SLAs during PI periods.
  • Deliver successful and error-free SAP maintenance activities according to upgrade schedules.
  • Complete assigned user stories prioritized by the Product Owner.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation related to lessons learned, undocumented problems, and new configurations.
