Information Technology Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Manager to oversee the planning, management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing IT infrastructure, operating and monitoring enterprise-level software systems, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth through technology innovation.

  1. IT Infrastructure Management: Develop and implement effective IT infrastructure strategies to support business operations.
  2. SAP System Management: Manage the operation, maintenance, and development of SAP S4/HANA systems to ensure seamless integration with other business processes.
  3. IT Strategy and Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure architectures that align with business objectives.
  4. Global IT Initiatives: Roll out global IT initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  5. IT Hardware Management: Manage the procurement, installation, and deployment of IT hardware assets in line with organizational standards.
  6. Technical Requirements: Determine technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts related to IT infrastructure.
  7. Local IT Operations: Oversee local IT operations to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  8. IT Support: Provide timely and effective IT support services to end-users.
  9. IT Security: Implement IT security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches.
  10. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure business resilience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3 is highly desirable.
