Reservations and Hospitality Expert

We are a young and dynamic hospitality start-up currently managing boutique properties, seeking someone passionate about hospitality to set up our end-to-end reservations process and create the foundation for growth.

About the Role
  • Manage reservations across online travel agencies, direct bookings, and offline channels
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems and OTA extranets
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated
  • Create standard operating procedures, email templates, and booking process documents
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in hotel management
  • 3+ years of experience in reservations/front office in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
  • Understanding of property management systems and rate management
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment
