Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, with a strong background in data management and business intelligence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement robust data programs and solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Perform in-depth data analysis, sanity checking, validation, and manipulation of complex datasets using advanced programming skills.
  • Develop and maintain various reports to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain datasets, ensuring data integrity, quality, and adherence to data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Utilize data integration tools for efficient development and deployment of processes.
  • Contribute to and lead data migration projects, ensuring smooth and accurate data transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data integration tools.
  • Expertise in data coding, reporting, and data management.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core products including SQL, SAS, and Tableau.
  • Proven ability in analysis, sanity checking, validating, and manipulating complex data.
  • Strong expertise in data warehousing and business intelligence principles and practices.
  • Prior experience working in the banking domain is essential.
  • Experience with migration projects is required.
