Marketing Campaign Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing campaign manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing projects. This role requires close collaboration with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers based on campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency setup.
