Facebook Ads Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Facebook Ads specialist to oversee ad campaigns for clients in the health and wellness and local service sectors.

  • Develop and execute ad strategies across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Conduct thorough audience analysis, create targeted lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting initiatives.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creative assets.
  • Design and deploy A/B tests for ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-leads (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Provide regular performance reports and suggest improvements to optimize campaign results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience running successful Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on KPIs.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or local service niches.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads is a bonus.
