Job Title: Costing and Plant Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our costing and plant accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present accurate financial reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that accurately reflect the company's financial position and performance.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Cost Implementation: Implement cost control measures and track performance against cost targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Qualification: ICWA qualified or semi-qualified/CMA semi-qualified.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in costing, with experience in costing and plant accounting.
  • Data Handling and Process Handling: Strong data handling and process handling skills.
  • Team Handling Experience: Proven team handling experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and analytical.
