Senior Mobility Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Mobility Innovator.

Job Description

As a Senior Mobility Innovator, you will be responsible for shaping the future of mobility by developing innovative solutions that transform how we interact with our vehicles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, prioritize features, and oversee software delivery.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Represent the customer to internal teams and have extensive knowledge of vehicle architecture and product requirements.
  2. Work closely with customers to clarify requirements, prioritize features, align planning, and oversee software delivery.
  3. Define and prioritize work, assess project delivery and quality status, highlight, and escalate potential risks.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Program planning and execution.
  2. Work closely with customers to define feature delivery plans aligned with internal teams and feasibility.
  3. Align plans with CRE teams and other stakeholders, create work breakdown structures in collaboration with architects, and develop user stories and feature rollouts.
  4. Distribute work breakdowns to software technical teams and work with them for project planning, prioritization, tracking program execution of various work products, and reporting out to senior leadership.
  5. Manage program dependencies and risks proactively and escalate further as necessary.
  6. Inform SW Project Delivery Manager about feasibility of sprints, iterations, and full scope, and escalate important problems and risks related to SW execution.
  7. Lead meetings to identify issues, clarify requirements, add specific requirements, tracks progress on quality targets, and drives to ensure all quality steps in project development are conducted.
  8. Ensure necessary project metrics are collected and reported during metrics analysis, ensures quality to agreed targets, leads software release activities, and addresses deviation from quality targets.
