- You'll take full ownership of keyword strategy, technical SEO, local search initiatives, and SEM campaigns, with the ultimate goal of significantly boosting rankings, conversions, and ROI.

- SEO Strategy & Execution - Keyword Strategy: Own and execute comprehensive keyword research to strategically guide content and paid campaigns, prioritizing based on user intent, search volume, and competitive landscape.

- On-Page & Technical Optimization: Lead the optimization of all on-page elements (metadata, content, schema markup) and proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical SEO issues (crawl errors, mobile UX, page speed, core web vitals).

- Link Building Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage advanced link-building strategies to consistently earn high-authority backlinks and significantly improve domain authority and trust.

- Content Alignment: Partner closely with content teams to strategically align blogs, product pages, and landing pages with high-value search intent, ensuring maximum organic visibility.

- Local SEO (GMB Focus) - GMB Management & Optimization: Independently manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles, ensuring absolute NAP consistency, driving aggressive review growth strategies, and continuously refining local ranking optimization.

- Local Visibility Enhancement: Strategically leverage all GMB features (posts, Q&A, photos, services) to maximize visibility and performance in map packs and local SERPs.

- SEM/PPC Management - Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) from end-to-end.

- This includes designing and running robust A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

- Full-Funnel SEM: Develop and align SEM strategies with all stages of the marketing funnel (awareness - consideration - conversion), implementing advanced tactics like remarketing, display advertising, and precise keyword targeting.

- Analytics & Reporting - Advanced KPI Tracking: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced features of GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and paid dashboards.

- Actionable Insights & Reporting: Produce insightful reports on traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI.

- Translate complex data trends into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic insights for stakeholders.

- Industry Leadership & Innovation - Algorithm & Trend Mastery: Stay constantly updated on the latest algorithm changes, industry tools, and emerging search trends.
