Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Application Product Professional to take ownership of our mobile app's strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. This role involves defining the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Own the overall product strategy and execution for our mobile application.
- Define, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap that is in direct alignment with core business goals.
- Feature Development:
- Gather and prioritize requirements for new features and improvements.
- Oversee the UI/UX design and testing process to ensure a world-class user experience.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including design, engineering, data, compliance, and medical experts, to deliver top-tier features.
- Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvements and new features.
- Track crucial app performance metrics, analyze data, and pinpoint areas for optimization to enhance the user experience.
- Loyalty & Engagement:
- Scale a patient-focused loyalty and rewards program to encourage continued engagement within the app.
- Build comprehensive loyalty journeys across various digital touchpoints, including the app, patient portal, email, and in-hospital interactions.
- Continuously optimize reward structures and communication strategies based on data insights.

Educational Qualifications

- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Design is highly preferred.

- Product Management: Proven experience in defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and managing the full product lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret user feedback, and derive actionable insights.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of mobile application technologies, UI/UX principles, and development processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision, requirements, and findings effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: The capacity to think strategically and align product decisions with long-term business goals.
