Medical Affairs Lead

This leadership role oversees the development and implementation of medical affairs strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in medico-marketing support, product evaluation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medico-Marketing Support:
    • Provide scientific data and insights to inform product positioning and support new product research and development.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant organizations to enhance scientific communication and credibility.
  • Product Evaluation and Development:
    • Evaluate new product ideas and presentations, providing strategic recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Education:
    • Conduct medical training sessions for field staff to ensure they are well-informed about products and therapeutic areas.
  • Clinical Study Participation:
    • Actively participate in clinical studies to gather relevant data and insights that inform medical affairs strategies.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging science to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Requirements:


• Advanced degree in life sciences (MBBS, MD) or equivalent.


• Minimum 15 years of experience in medical affairs or related fields, with a focus on marketing support and product evaluation.


• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical development processes, and the therapeutic landscape.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
