Job Title: Senior Clinic Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational standards of clinic handling, ensuring seamless delivery of sales targets, and promoting Product Counselling, Reminder calls, and Follow-up calls. The ideal candidate will lead the clinic teams, guide them to achieve their objectives, and be accountable for Operational Audit.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in skin and hair clinics, preferably with experience in In-house Sales & Business Development. They must possess exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Excel. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve operational standards and ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Lead and motivate the clinic teams to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Evaluate employee performance and develop employee developmental plans.
  • Recommend process improvements and enhance business growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Positive attitude and self-driven.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Background in skin and hair clinics preferred.
