About the Role
  • We seek a results-driven individual who can coordinate and monitor clinical indicators to maintain ongoing quality assurance.
  • This is an opportunity for a dynamic leader to implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Clinical Specialties, conducting regular Medical Audits.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for adhering to regulations and policies related to infection control, patient safety, and JCI/NABH.
  • An organized and detail-oriented professional will establish and ensure proper SOPs for efficient patient care (admission, care & discharge).
  • As part of our team, you will set up and maintain regular functioning of clinical/nonclinical committees with the Medical Superintendent.
  • You will support Continuous Quality Improvement and participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Collaboration with Nursing Superintendent to ensure high standard of patient care is essential.
  • Develop and adhere to duty rosters for Medical Officers, Technicians, paramedical staff, and nurses.
  • Participate in scheduled in-service training programs like ACLS, BLS, CNEs, CMEs, In-house activities, conferences, or other programs as requested.
  • Maintain effective interpersonal skills in dealings with department staff, associates, and Management.
  • Ensure confidentiality as per the agreement signed.
  • Develop thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures and demonstrate respect for them.
