Job Overview

The Clinical Leadership Role

  • This position involves overseeing global clinical teams, providing technical support for clinical operations, and developing effective strategies to meet project recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies to meet project recruitment targets.
  • Risk Mitigation Planning: Contribute to risk mitigation planning and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Clinical Quality Delivery: Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards, measuring compliance, and managing clinical quality issues.
  • Clinical Project Finance Management: Manage clinical project finances, including estimates at completion, and create plans to deliver clinical services.
  • Clinical Stakeholder Landscape Management: Identify and manage clinical stakeholder landscapes and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Milestone Achievement and Stakeholder Reporting: Collaborate with clinical teams to achieve milestones and report to stakeholders as required.
  • Talent Planning and Operational Training: Resourcing and talent planning for clinical teams, and establish operational plans and trainings to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research or monitoring is preferred.
  • Unblinded monitoring experience is highly valued.

Education and Training

  • A good understanding of the clinical research industry and relevant environments is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience are required.
