Key Responsibilities:">

  • Leads Conversion: Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments through effective communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Student Onboarding: Guide students through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions and smooth handoffs with operations teams.">
  • Campaign Excellence: Utilize CRM tools like Intercom to manage pipelines, track activities, and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.">
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, counselors, influencers, and ambassadors to generate referrals and co-marketing opportunities.">
  • Educational Guidance: Provide clear explanations of pathways, timelines, and expectations, handling objections related to fees, fit, and safety.">
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals, driving business growth and success.">
  • Progress Reporting: Publish weekly dashboards showcasing response times, contact attempts, show-up rate, conversion, and revenue collected, enabling informed decision-making.">
  • Maintenance of Integrity: Ensure only consented leads are engaged, maintaining accurate and complete records.">

Qualifications and Skills:">

  • Experience Required: 3–6+ years in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.">
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.">
  • CRM Proficiency: Intercom preferred; HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce a plus.">
  • Tech-Savviness: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic GA4/Clarity awareness, spreadsheets; comfort with call recording/QA.">
  • Communication: Strong English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plus.">
  • Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with command of funnel math (attempts, connects, show-ups, close rate, collection rate).">
