Job Description:

The Outreach Manager role involves driving awareness and engagement for various programs across India.

This position requires relationship building, communication, and strategic outreach to expand visibility in schools, colleges, education fairs, and relevant communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
  • Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract top talent from high schools across India.
  • Nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to refine program offerings and communication strategies.
  • Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to improve outreach strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required
