As a key member of our team, the Accreditation Lead will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective strategies to obtain and maintain accreditation from various bodies.

They will ensure our business school's programs and operations align with the standards set by accreditation organizations, regularly documenting and reporting on progress.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact between our business school and accrediting agencies, coordinating with faculty and staff to gather necessary data, and overseeing internal reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in higher education administration, quality assurance, or accreditation roles, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

They should be familiar with accreditation standards and requirements relevant to business schools, and possess a sound understanding of the overall management education system in the country.

Apart from these key duties, this position requires an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, with strong organizational skills, providing training on accreditation requirements, processes, and best practices, and assisting academic departments in preparing for accreditation reviews and addressing any compliance issues.

Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity with NEP (National Education Policy), OBE (Outcome-Based Education), along with hands-on experience and understanding of AICTE compliance, NBA accreditation, NIRF ranking.
