We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our graphic design and quality control team.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print media design, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • The role involves overseeing the production of print media materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of designers and quality assurance specialists to create high-quality, production-ready assets for digital and print media.

  • Overseeing the production process for all print media materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintaining rigorous quality control processes, conducting regular sample quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Implementing and maintaining standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects and achieving business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success.
  • Managing and prioritizing project resources, including team members and timelines, to ensure efficient use of resources without compromising on quality.
Requirements
  • Strong background in print media design, including experience in creating high-quality assets for digital and print media.
