Senior Interior Design Leadership Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading and overseeing the interior design team in the planning and execution of interior design projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and creative environment. They will also have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Interior Design Team: Providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Developing design proposals, presenting design concepts, and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Project Management: Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.
  • Design Development: Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.
  • Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

A strong understanding of sustainability practices, smart building technologies, and future-ready design concepts is essential for success in this role.
