We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead quality initiatives across our software products. This role involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve issues while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.">
  • Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing.">
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).">
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with developers for resolution.">
  • Create and maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.">
  • Ensure compliance with security and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).">
  • Provide test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.">
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.">
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.">
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.">
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.">
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).">
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).">
