  • Escalate client feedback to managers and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences, promoting a client-centric culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP knowledge, especially Business by Design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of global standards and processes, ensuring compliance.
