Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality software products meet customer expectations.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand testing needs, translate business and technical requirements into structured test plans and test cases, execute functional, UI, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests, and perform validations across development, QA, and production environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium and TestNG, API testing, and performance tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive individual who can work collaboratively across teams, think critically, and solve problems effectively are essential.

You will design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG, integrate scripts into CI pipelines for continuous testing coverage, log, track, and retest bugs using bug tracking tools, and ensure clear status updates, steps to reproduce, and proper defect lifecycle management.

Additionally, you will research and experiment with AI tools or agents to streamline testing processes, suggest areas for AI testing implementation within test cycles, and compile dashboards and reports to reflect test progress, automation coverage, defect trends, and potential risks.
